# How to manage grades

- Navigate to the Academic Report.
- Click "Grade".
- Enter the grade details and click "Save".
- **Note** grade color helps groups grades into colors for analytics

- **Update:**

- Go to the Grades Management section.
- Select "Edit" for the grade to be updated.
- Update the fields as necessary and click "Save".

- **Delete:**

- Access the Grades Management page.
- Find the grade to delete and click "Delete".
