How to Enter Scores

Register Students to Subject: #

  1. Navigate to the “Academic Report” section.
  2. Click on “Subject Register”.
  3. Select the academic year, term, subject and class from the dropdowns.
  1. All students in the selected class will be displayed.
  2. Check the checkbox next to each student you want to enroll in the subject.
  3. Click “Submit” to enroll the selected students in the subject.

Enter Scores for Scoring Assessments: #

  1. Go to the “Record Mark” section.
  2. Select the academic year, term, class, and subject from the dropdowns.
  1. Click on “Start Marking” to display a table with fields for entering scores.
  2. Enter the scores for each student in the respective fields.
  3. The scores are autosaved as they are entered.

Enter Scores for Non-Scoring Assessments: #

  1. Go to the “Non-Scoring Assessments” section.
  2. Select “Enter Assessent” from the dropdowns.
  1. Select academic, term, subject, teacher to filter
  1. Click on the pencile icon for each student
  1. Fill in the details for each student in the respective fields.
  1. The entries are autosaved as they are filled in.
  2. When done, click on finish to close the panel and start with a new student
